ENTERING MAJOR AS FRESHMAN - MAJOR COURSE SCHEDULE

ENTERING MAJOR AS SOPHOMORE - MAJOR COURSE SCHEDULE

ENTERING MAJOR AS JUNIOR - MAJOR COURSE SCHEDULE

SPECIAL NOTE: The American Speech Language Hearing Association has established standards for being certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist.  These standards are known as the Knowledge and Skills Acquisition or KASA.  KASA influences what undergraduate GE courses a student should take.  For example, KASA requires at least one class in the following categories: Biological sciences, Physical sciences, Behavior/social sciences, Math, Research, and another mode of communication class (e.g., American Sign Language).  Based on these standards, we highly recommend students take the following courses in their GE curriculum: PSYC 200, BIOS 100, PHSC 101, MATH 101, MATH 210, and HUFA 101.  If room in the student’s schedule, we would also recommend SOCI 220.  For more information on KASA, please click here >>>
